Why don't you just take everything why leave metal behind to go into our landfills where they can hurt somebody
I saved 700kg of steel from the landfill alone. Add all the bits and pieces inside and in the tray of my Ute that I picked up. Why are you ignoring that?
@@PolyProphet
I've been doing this for 34 years and run my own small scrap metal company! A buddy of mine 34 years ago was walking in a landfill he fell through a sinkhole that was created there by a bunch of metal rods being put down in the landfill years prior it tore up his whole leg! I've been doing recycling for this long for that reason besides the fact it creates a lot of income, and it keeps the landfills safe for all the workers and pedestrians
@@MariaRodriguez-xv4sc you don’t see all the steel saved from the landfill?
@@PolyProphet thank you so much dear
I lave you so much

One man’s trash is another man’s treasure,, is good for those that have the skills and tools to rebuild and recycle so many good stuff that are thrown away thanks for sharing❤❤❤👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
Greetings Poly Prophet. Those were amazing treasures. Love the picking piles. Please be careful. Stay humble and kind. God bless your family always. Family friendly channel
Good morning poly your scrap packing is great. Great finds like those plates. Have fun mate.
You are a good Tetris Master for placing your steel in your trailer ! Loved the video!❤😊 🇨🇦
16:56 lovely adidas
17:25 beautiful birkenstock
19:25 lovely high heel
It's very relaxing and lots of learning in watching your videos, but for your obviously lots of hard work. Thanks for sharing your excellent work and great effort to keep our planet clean. I scrap stuff for fun I collect from a local thrift shop and give all the separated components to a retired gentleman who also has fun and at the same time supplements his pension with a little extra cash.
A lot of pensioners around here scrap too because they don’t receive much. Thanks mate 🙂
Great video once again! Shame someone got to the microwave’s first but you still benefited. 👏👏👏❤️💙
Man the stuff dumped around your area is gold! What a score, so much good stuff the white couch at beginning was awesome could cover it in linen & 💥 a $5000 couch
Hi Poly, hope to see you around Cranny one day soon 👍😜😊
In Indonesia even the furniture in the house can be lost to thieves, but here it is thrown away😂😂😂😂
Love watching this video Poly you’re so smart it’s trash from someone and it’s your treasure .. love it ..
😊 thank you
Vvc😊jjb k jhbk
I think you are distroying everything you find .
Brah this was ages ago lol
Another Great Haul Poly!👍👍👍👍👍❤❤❤❤❤
The interesting chair is a valet or butler's chair, some of them can be quite collectible.
A fan right out of the gate. Awesome!!!
ty for the adventure your getting closer to 900lbs 700 isnt to bad and you got some goodies to,great vid!!! onto the next adventure
I get the funniest feeling that this gentleman played a LOT of Tetris when he was a child! Xxjojoxx
😁
Nice one Poly, some really good scrap there. That cast iron orange pot you put in the Ute, the inside white area of the bowl can be easily cleaned up by filling the bowl with water then adding bleach to it and leave for 4 or 5 hours. It will end up clean as a whistle and ready for resale. Keep up the good work mate.
Thanks for the tip mate 🙂
Another splendid curbside treasure hunt in the books... Let's goooooooo
I had a truck load today, 1000 lbs of steel $2.80 per ton. 9 lbs aluminum .80cents per lb. 24 lbs copper wire $2.20 per lb 10 lbs Christmas lights .25 cents per lb. 200lbs core $3.66 per lb, $253.19 USD. I m having fun scrapping now
Wow that’s almost $400AUD! Great payday brother 👍👍
@@PolyProphet if you come across any fishing lures I'd like to collect a few to put in my glass case of the world fishing items. Peace to you and your family.
I haven’t found many in the past but if you see me grab some, email me, and maybe we can work something out 🙂
Take a look back at your video where you picked up the speaker and that gray pipe right before you picked up that gray pipe right there on the curbside you moved a very large flashlight .that flashlight happens to have one or two of those batteries you like so much ,those lights are also great for mounting to the front of your car and hooking them into your system because they're extremely bright
Thanks for the tip mate. It didn’t feel heavy at the time. Now I know, I’ll check if I come a cross one again 🙂
Good work, I encourage you and people like you in this activity, sorting waste, recycling plastic and iron, and things that are good are restored, from the worst to the best, and they are marketed or provided except to the poor needy, and with good luck.

Well hello poly amazing to see amazing video today keep up the amzing job yu do
If you put your magnet on the metal part of your trailer, you can put your wire clippers right beside it then you will know where they are every time you need them. Saves having them in a pocket to make a hole or losing him because you put him down in a different place every time. I learned that from the scrap and pallet man. You've got a nice looking rig to haul things in that trailer. In fact, your whole set up, looks like it's in good shape a place to put things you wanna keep in the place to put things you want to take to the junkyard. Now let's see how prices match
I’ve thought about keeping them like Paul does but I’m used to my side pocket now. It’s been going well for over a year 🙂
Hey polly it sure was micro oven day today well done you certainly don’t mess around bless you thank you for sharing ❤
Милый мальчик! Как мне нравится твоя работа! Ты только не поднимай очень тяжёлые вещи, берег
и себя, ты ещё очень молод, у тебя всё ещё впереди. 🎉❤🙏
Is there anywhere, or any way, that solar panels or units can be recycled? Can you let us know if you find out, thanks? Great haul today.
Not that I know of. They have to be broken down.
Yeah I just can't bleve you did not take that grandfather clock omg that was so beautiful. Your killing me man I talk to you like you can here me on the TV.
And my hubby looks at me like iv lost my mind lol lol pleases take the next nice thing lol lol love ya .I'm still watching your videos .iv been watching them all day long .lol lol

👍Nicely done Poly,it was definitely packed and stacked, love the resale stuff darn you didn’t take the matching bowl for the plates, keep it scrappy😁👍💥
I think you outdo yourself with every video. I loved it and the time goes by very quickly. You had some nice piles to pick through today. Thank you for the entertainment.
First time watching your videos…I have to say I admire your …. Can’t think of the right word, but let’s say you must have been great playing Tetris as a kid!
Tysm 🙏
I kinda like this Guy's channel.
Yeah Polly it gets way way hotter there in Australia than it does down here in Kansas way way hotter and I just don't see how you do that work God bless
The orange chair in the beginning is what's known as a butler's chair. It's for hanging up suits, or dress clothes. With the color, it looked vintage. All in all, it was a great haul.
Thank you Penny 🙂

Hard to find item .. sell well ..

Thought I’d elaborate on our “ Junkin- for Jesus”. We take trailers to the church parking lot and the congregation and community bring their metal and things to us there. My husband sorts the precious metals , aluminum, copper, etc. takes it to the scrap yard as a service to his church. He does this once a month from April thru October. The youth from church are there for assistance in unloading peoples vehicles to the trailers. It is a well managed system for our small community.
Wow that’s awesome. I’ve never heard of anything like that over here
Lol
Poly prophet, where are you? Where is over here? You had so much metal on that last run of that video l just watched, and you has ni more room to load any other. I thought you were being greedy when you should have shut down and took a break. You should know its not good to get over-
Worked & then get sick. Those who depend on you will not be able to depend on you nor you on yourself. Come on man, lets be real.
You do an awesome job down in Australia Mate, I love watching your channel. I always wish on finding the stuff you do😂
Thanks mate I appreciate the support 😊
What is your best memory, your best harvest? An object in particular? And how often have you been injured?
I once found a small upright gas heater. I gave it to my dad. He loves it and takes it out fishing. I once hurt my back and was down for 2 or 3 days. That’s the only time I can remember being injured.
you're alot more organized than most of the scrappers i've seen... good work...
Thanks mate. It’s a constant battle.
Another excellent video👍👍
I bet there was still room inside the white goods and the tanks of the mowers. Keep on scrapping.
You said 33 i say 33.4 then exactly right😁😅i love guessing i always got it right yeeehhaaa..good one sir,but still a lot waiting for you out there..waiting for the next video..keepsafe always
Man I’d love the best of all the chairs you’ve see today plus the best of the glass tables that you’ve see. Jim looking for a fire pit and a red Weber grill 😂😊
Kalau dapat hempone kirim ke jambi untuk saya 😅
For your information, there are sinks in those big flashlights, their batteries are very precious
The top bowl in the second set of dishes looked like it matched the dishes in the first box you put in the back seat of your truck. Not sure though.
It had a big chip in it unfortunately
watching Poly collection scrappy Good load good job I'm new to your channel Sending for you full support with the bell
Thank you so much 😊

Love watching the channel, could you please explain if your scrap guy takes the plug with your power cords and if not what do you do with them? Cheers
Yes I give the plugs to my micro scrapping mate. He made a vid of what he does with the plugs recently 🙂
That looked like a nice couch in the beginning there.👍
Oi😅
You are so we’ll organized when you load up on the trailer. Wow, you get a lot on there!. We do “Junkin- for Jesus”, scrapping and give the money to the youth group at our church. You sure get a workout, keeps you fit. Somebody else’s trash is your treasure for sure! Thank you for helping keep things out of the land fields. Safe travels ✝️
De plus il y a des choses neuf jamais servie un local pourrai être ouvert pour la revente au bien fait des jeunes de votre église ?????????????
watching your video is inspiring how to make something from anything you are smart.
Wow, thank you 🙏
Watching you waiting on an hurricane, glad to see you back in shorts. Best to you and the family❤
Ayus talaga Dyan sa inyo libre lang Ang pag kuha Ng mga uri Ng metal
Nice load today. You stacked jr well! Nice to see you get 3400! The iron sauce pot is quite nice for stews and even baking bread. My wife makes European style bread in it. I think it’s called a Dutch oven. Some nice scores as well! Tc
The bread sounds like a good idea. Thanks bro 🙂
First time I watched his videos , I enjoyed that so much it’s interesting the same time & so good to learned , I really like you’re videos you need to learned so much to do that job , very patience to do that job I’m so amazed men , very braved person& strong I’m proud !!! @@PolyProphet Я так і думав що це Австралія. В Аделаїда жили два брата мого діда з 1945 року. На жаль вони вже померли, але в Аделаїда живуть їх діти та внуки. Мій батько був в Аделаїда в 1989 році.

Wow wow wow what a great vlog and a fantastic day
Always taketh grassbox with a mower just in case it's a minor repair to many throw them out with almost nothing wrong with them
My mower guy didn’t want catches from victa mowers. He already had a stack of them.
Wow! Wish I saw this in my part of Alaska, I’d take it if still working n looks like outside well cared for
Hi, how many days a week do you go looking? How long does it take to break everything down and how many times a week/month do you cash in? You are pretty good with it all.
I go out once sometimes twice a week. All up I spend about 20hrs a week filming and editing. I sell to the scrapyard 2-4 times a week. Depends what I find.
@@PolyProphet thank you for answering my questions.
A nice heavy load today. Unfortunately a strike out for the lawnmowers from your buyer. I like that heavy cast iron casserole pot. Let us know If you can, what those battery ?? thingys are. Cheers. 👍
Yeah I thought for sure he’d like the rover I had on the dishwasher. The pot is a keeper! Right size that suits us. I’ve been told by a number of viewers that they are batteries from a Toyota Prius. Thanks A 🙂
@@PolyProphet Thanks Poly, have a great weekend 👍
What kind of motors are inside those food processors? I had an old blender one time i tore apart to see and it was a copper motor rather than aluminium like it presumed would be inside it.
I’d have to check one again 🤔
Amazing my friend ✌🏼🤙🏼🥰 nice one today, and you sure worked for it. Glad you had a good time have a great day ✝️ much love to you and your family 😊
you from us ?
Why didn't you get the bowl that matched the dishes and ramekins?
It had a huge chip 👍
Nice scrap day. I ll check out more videos
Awesome! Thank you!
Well well on Recycling Repair new
O que você faz com os fios que você corta??????
I sell them to the scrapyard 👍
That's the way to do a video some people don't even say what they have and they don't even say how much they get$$ just for that and because you are hard-working men I'm going to follow you real good guy me and my my wife love this videos thank you brother I am from Puerto Rico
Thank you so much 🙏
The bowl in that box went with the plates you picked up
Unfortunately it had a massive chip
Surely there is some one around deals in used prams
What’s their number mate? I’ve met one person in 3 years and she couldn’t handle the amount of prams I brought in. I’d be left with a bunch that I don’t have the space for.
Just sent it to Namibia so we open scrap yard here there's lots of things in a very good condition!
Why did you leave that big bowl that matched those nice plates behind?
It had a massive chip
Hello mate how you doing today just curious why do you take the battery out of those drills and not take the whole thing and maybe they can work anyway enjoy your scrapping have a good day
They are usually cheap drills. If it was a Milwaukee or makita I’d save it 🙂
Ok thanks
Wondering why you left the chair and pram frame at the first house, plus there are plenty of people around who buy TV's to refurb & sell on.
What’s their number? I had a guy once but he wanted 30 at a time. I’ve no space to hold that many.
Тяжёлый труд. Молодец. Удачи.👍👍💯
Bunların sokağa attıkları bile bizim bit pazarında yok
Good load ,pity microwaves where scrapped though
اعتقد هاذه النفايات التي لديكم شيء عادي اما لدينا في العراق اشياء ثمينه للغايه ولدرجه لا تبقى في الارض لمده دقييقه واحده بسرعه تنسرق وتختفي🥲🤑😌
Please call me the fan guy. Just think of me when you find one. Thank you so much brother
😂😂
You actualy found indonesian money
But...hello im from indonesia
Love your vid dude
One man's trash is another man's treasure
As someone that does Kerbside every weekend in Brisbane an only gets bikes to fix an resell to others I can't stand cord cutters on things that still work I make alot more then scrap metals I made $550 just this weekend reselling bikes an that's an average weekend
Yep resell far out weighs metal in regards to making money. I certainly don’t get upset if the cord is gone. I like to let everyone take what they like over the weekend and only go out on days the garbos pick up. Do you do it that way too?
@@PolyProphet start of pickup is Mondays for the council, Sunday Arvo an Monday morning are the days I'll go an I've found are the times I find the best stuff as people like to throw out at the last minute
Yes agreed. Sunday is the best day for resell by far here too, but difficult with the trailer because the parked cars, and cutting people out while filming. Thanks for sharing mate.
How much is all that scrap metal worth ? 🤔
The scrap steel load was $105. I stack the other metals until I have a decent load. The resell makes the most money tho
The camp kitchen at 1hr 27 are fairly expensive to buy at least £60-70 in the UK, a couple of pineapples at least 🤔 maybe a resell in the future, usually made from ally as well.
Thanks for the advice mate 🙂
Perfect video bro
Thanks..
Hi mate love watching Yr videos think Yr ace lol Colin from west Yorkshire keep the good work up my friend lol
Thanks mate 🙏
In this video, which city are you in?
Melbourne
Son I really enjoyed this video you worked hard to get that load get some rest you deserve it and have a blessed one
Polly, please be careful I don't want to read the headlines Polly the scraper killed by falling scrap. Great video please keep them coming.
Thanks Ron will do 🙂
As long as the taker, leavesall the stuff they don't want, tidy.
Muitas coisas boas jogada fora, que no brasil essas coisas dava para aproveitar.
Ridiculous! You chop cords off of vacuums!? You can make more by cleaning it up and selling it! That vacuum was probably perfectly fine.
I see vacuums are your jam bruz. They certainly aren’t mine. The time available is slim and there’s so many categories of resell items to be across that I can’t possibly handle it all. But mainly because they can get nasty.
Sorry if I was rude. I just refurbish vacuums and stuff and make good money, just a suggestion☺️
I Wouldn't have one iota how to close that washing line + have fought one before(LITERALLY)! Hopefully you and all the Poly family are well big fella? 🙏🇬🇧✌
Doing great thanks Gaz. Hope you’re doing good too 😁
♥️♥️
